摘要
为降低齿轮传动的振动,防止齿面因接触应力过大而受到损坏,基于Workbench软件对直齿圆柱齿轮进行了谐振分析,研究齿轮在不同频率载荷激励下的齿面接触应力响应及变形响应等参数。分析结果显示:随着激励频率的增加,最大齿面接触应力会增大,并且金属材料阻尼系数的准确性对于该分析结果的准确性影响很大。
In order to reduce the vibration and prevent the tooth surfaces from damage caused by the high contact stress,the analysis of gear tooth surface contact stress and deformation response caused by various frequent loads is very necessary.By use of Workbench software,the paper studies the response of spur gears under various frequent loads.The analysis results show that the maximum contact stress of spur gear increases with the increase of excitation frequency,and the accuracy of metal material damping has great influence on the precision of the analysis result.
