摘要
针对锻钢加氢阀阀体制造成本高、生产周期长的问题,以口径为10″、压力级为1 500Lb和2 500Lb两Y型锻钢截止阀为例,对相同口径不同压力级的锻钢阀体进行了通用化创新设计。采用有限元分析软件Patran进行静力学分析,得到两阀体在受力最大工况时各个方向的应力情况,验证了阀体零件通用化设计的合理性与可行性。
In view of the high manufacturing cost and long production cycle of forged hydrogenation valve body,with diameter 10″ pressure level 1500 Lb and 2500 Lb two-Y forging steel valves for example,ageneral innovation design for the forged steel valve bodies with same caliber and different pressure level was made.The static analysis of the forged valve body was carried out by use of finite element analysis software Patran,the maximum stress and deformation of the body parts were obtained.The simulation analysis verified the rationality and feasibility of universal design.
