摘要
以FX2N系列PLC机为基础,结合实际生产中广泛应用的自动送料车的课题,实现了基于PLC控制的送料车在固定启停点的实时控制和顺序处理功能。介绍了从控制系统的输入输出分配到程序设计的整个设计过程,最后在实验室中模拟实现了整个控制系统。该研究对于实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,based on FX_(2N) series PLC,combined with widely used automatic feeding vehicles,a PLC controlled production line feeding vehicle is designed,which has the functions of fixed start-stop point real-time control and order processing.The control system's input and output assignment and program design are accomplished,and the system simulation is achieved.It has some practical significance.
