大倾角下运带式输送机制动器液压系统的改造

通过对井下11采区大倾角下运带式输送机盘式制动器突然制动刹车事故原因分析,经过对盘式制动器液压系统的论证,提出了技术改造内容和相关方法,达到了提高下运带式输送机运行安全性与可靠性的目的。

To the problem of a belt conveyor coming to a abrupt stop,this paper analyzed the reason for the accident,and put forward a technical transformation scheme,to make the belt conveyor work reliably.
