赋权健康教育在血液透析患者中的应用meta分析

The meta analysis in application of empowering health education in hemodialysis patient

目的:比较赋权健康教育与常规健康教育对血液透析患者自我效能、自我管理能力、抑郁症状和透析间期体重增加值改善的效果。方法:计算机检索国内外大型数据库,查找所有比较赋权健康教育与常规健康教育对血液透析患者干预效果的临床对照试验。按纳入、排除标准进行筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入6项研究。接受赋权健康教育的患者与接受常规健康教育的患者相比,患者的自我效能(SMD=0.855)和透析间期体重增加值(SMD=-0.42)有所改善,差异具有统计学意义;患者自我管理能力(SMD=0.73),和抑郁症状(SMD=1.28)的改变,差异无统计学意义。结论:赋权健康教育可改善血液透析患者的自我效能和透析间期体重增加值控制情况,但对改善患者自我管理能力和抑郁症状方面无效。

Objective： To compare the effect on the improvement of self- efficiency,self- management ability,depression symptoms and weight gain value improvement of hemodialysis patient in dialysis period by the comparison of empowering health education and routine health education. Methods： Computer researched large database abroad and at home to find the clinical controlled trials of all comparisons of intervention effects between empowering health education and routine health education to hemodialysis patients. RevMan 5.3 software was adopted to have meta analysis after selecting inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,extracting the materials and evaluating the quality. Results： Totle 6 projects were included. In the comparison between patients receiving empowering health education and patients receiving routing health education,the patients＇ self- efficacy（ SMD =0.85）,and weight gain value in dialysis period（ SMD =- 0.42）,were improved. The difference was of statistic significance; the patients＇ self-management ability（ SMD =0.73）,and depression symptoms（ SMD =1.28） changed,the difference was not of statistic significance. Conclusion： Empowering health education could improve the self- efficacy and weight gain value control situation in dialysis period of hemodialysis patients. However,it is invalid in the improvement of patients＇ self- management ability and depression symptoms.
