疼痛应激干预护理治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究

目的：探讨疼痛应激干预护理治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法：选择2013年1月-2014年12月96例糖尿病足溃疡患者并随机等分为疼痛应激干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规换药及护理;干预组除行常规药物治疗及护理外加用心理、情绪干预、松弛想象训练、无创伤敷料换药等疼痛应急干预措施。观察两组患者在治疗后第2,4,6周的临床疗效、睡眠质量及疼痛情况。结果：疼痛应激干预组治疗2,4,6周后临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组治疗后睡眠质量改善和疼痛改善均明显优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论：疼痛应激干预能明显改善糖尿病足溃疡患者的疼痛感觉,改善患者的睡眠状况,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of pain stress intervention nursing in treating diabetic foot ulcers. Methods： Selected 96 cases of diabetic foot ulcers patients from January,2013 to December,2014 and divided them into pain stress intervention group and control group at random. The control group accepted conventional dressing and nursing while the intervention group added such pain stress intervention measures as psychological,emotional intervention,relaxation imagination training,no wound dressing,etc instead of only applying routine drug treatment and nursing. The clinical efficacy,sleep quality and pain condition of two groups in 2,4,6 weeks after treatment were observed. Results： The clinical efficacy in 2,4,6 weeks after treatment in the pain stress intervention group performed better than the control group（P 〈0. 05）. The improvement of sleep quality and the pain in intervention group performed better than the control group（ both P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The pain stress intervention could lessen the pain of diabetic foot ulcers patients and improve their sleep quality and the comfort.
