创新型护理流程模式对ICU机械通气患者并发症及护理质量的影响

Effects of innovative nursing procedure mode on ICU machinery ventilate complications and on nursing quality

目的：探讨创新型护理流程模式对重症监护病房（ICU）机械通气患者并发症及护理质量的影响。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年6月我科收治的84例机械通气患者为研究对象,以2012年6月-2013年5月入院的40例患者为对照组,以2013年6月-2014年6月入院的44例为观察组,对比分析两组患者并发症发生情况、护理质量情况及机械通气时间、ICU时间、平均住院时间和患者满意度情况。结果：观察组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）、气道糜烂、声带受损、声门水肿、气管坏死、溃疡等发生情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组基础护理、特级护理、病房管理、文书管理、重点环节管理、急救药品管理及总护理质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组机械通气时间、入住ICU时间、平均住院时间明显少于对照组,而患者满意度评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：创新型护理流程模式能有效提高ICU机械通气患者护理质量,降低患者并发症发生情况,缩短患者机械通气时间,促进患者预后,提高患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the effects of innovative nursing procedure on intensive care unit（ ICU） machinery ventilate complications and on nursing quality. Methods： Selected 84 cases machinery ventilate patients from June 2012 to June 2014 cured in our department as the study objects,and divided them into control group with 40 cases from June 2012 to May 2013 and observation group with 44 cases from June 2013 to June 2014. Compared these two groups in terms of complication occurrence,nursing quality condition,machinery ventilate time,ICU time,average hospital stay and the satisfaction of patients. Results： The occurrence rates of observation group in terms of ventilator- associated pneumonia,air passage erosion,vocal cord damage,glottic edema,trachea necrosis and anabrosis were apparently lower than control group. The difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group had apparently higher quality scores than control group in terms of basic care,critical care,ward management,document management,key link management,first- aid medicine management and overall care（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group had less machinery ventilate time,ICU time and average hospital stay time,but apparently higher satisfaction score than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Innovative nursing procedure mode can effectively enhance nursing quality for ICU machinery ventilate patients,reduce postoperative complications,shorten machinery ventilate time,improve prognosis and increase patients＇ satisfaction.
