ICU患者身份标识方法的改进效果观察

The observation of improved effect of ICU patient identification methods

目的：探讨采用3M透明敷料作为标识物贴在ICU患者胸骨上1/3或锁骨外1/3下的皮肤作为患者身份标识的效果。方法：将2014年10月-2015年7月符合入住ICU标准的患者200例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组使用直接书写型标识腕带,将腕带佩带在患者的手腕或脚踝上;试验组使用3M透明敷料作为标识物贴在胸骨上1/3或锁骨外1/3皮肤。两组均用油笔填写。评价两组标识物损毁、模糊不清的例数及护士操作前对标识物信息核实患者身份所需耗时。结果：试验组标识物损毁、模糊不清导致无法识别患者身份的例数明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组进行操作前核实患者身份所需耗时明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对ICU患者采用3M透明敷料作为标识物贴在胸骨上1/3或锁骨外1/3下的皮肤进行身份标识,能提高患者身份的识别率,有效减少护士核实患者身份所需耗时,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of adopting the marker of 3M transparent dressings on the skin at the upper 1 /3 sternum or the below clavicle to identify patients. Methods： Divided 200 cases patients from Octorber 2014 to July 2015 who met the ICU admission standard into experiment group and control group at random. Control group used the direct writing type identification wristbands which were wore on the wrist or ankle of the patient; experiment group used the marker of 3M transparent dressings on the skin at the upper 1 /3 sternum or the below clavicle. Both groups filled out by oil pen. The cases of marker damage and obscure in two groups as well as the time needed to take to identify the patient by marker before the operation of nurses were evaluated. Results： The cases of failure identification of patient caused by marker damage and obscure in experiment group were lower than control group. The comparison difference in two groups was of statistic significance（ P〈0. 05）. The time needed to take to identify the patient by marker before the operation in experiment group was less than control group. The comparison difference in two groups was of statistic significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The identification of adopting the marker of 3M transparent dressings on the skin at the upper 1 /3 sternum or the below clavicle to identify patients in ICU could improve the identification rate of patients and reduce the time taken to identify patient by nurses effectively,which was worth promoting and applying in clinic.
