摘要
目的:探讨患者版临床路径告知单对计划性剖宫产产妇母婴知识掌握程度和满意度的影响。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年2月在我院行计划性剖宫产产妇112例作为研究对象,将其随机等分成观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理;观察组按照患者版临床路径告知单给予针对性的护理。比较两组产妇健康知识掌握程度及其对护理诊疗综合满意度。结果:观察组产妇母婴知识掌握程度、对护理诊疗综合满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:患者版临床路径告知单应用于计划性剖宫产产妇能够增加产妇对母婴知识的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective: To explore the influence on mastery and satisfaction about planned cesarean section puerpera and maternal knowledge by clinical pathway told singleof patient version. Methods: Selected 112 cases of planned cesarean section puerpera in our hospital from June,2013 to February,2015 as research objects and divided them into observation group and control group at random. The control group accepted routine nursing while the observation group had targeted nursing according to clinical pathway told single of patient version. The mastery of health knowledge and the nursing clinic comprehensive satisfaction in two groups of puerpera were compared. Results: The mastery of maternal knowledge and the nursing clinic comprehensive satisfaction in observation group were both higher than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The application of clinical pathway told singleof patient version to planned cesarean section puerpera could increase the mastery of maternal knowledge and the satisfaction to the nursing work,which is worth promoting and applying.
