摘要
目的:探讨概念图教学法在提升ICU护士临床护理能力中的应用效果。方法:成立专门的概念图教学小组,比较实施概念图培训法前后ICU护士平均考核成绩及临床实践工作考核成绩、对培训的满意度。结果:概念图教学法培训后护士的理论、临床实践考核及各项满意度评分均高于常规培训法(P<0.05)。结论:概念图培训法用于ICU护士的培训中可以提高护士的考核成绩及对培训的满意度,从而提升护士的临床护理能力。
Objective: To explore the applicative effects of concept map teaching method in improving ICU nurses' clinical nursing capacity. Methods: Set up a specialized teaching group of concept map and compared the average evaluation achievement,the clinical practice work evaluation achievement and the satisfaction to the training of ICU nurses before and after the implementation of concept map teaching method. Results: The scores of theory,clinical practice evaluation and satisfaction of nurses who had accepted the training of concept map teaching method was higher than routine training method( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of concept map training method in ICU nurses could improve the evaluation achievement and satisfaction to the training of nurses as well as improve the clinical nursing capacity of the nurses.
