摘要
目的:探讨急危重症护理本科学生的临床急诊护理实践能力的培养。方法:选取2013-2014年度在我院急诊科实习的本科护理学专业(急危重症方向)学生60名为研究对象,采取情景模拟与临床实际体验相结合的教学方法进行临床实习带教。结果:本科护理学专业(急危重症方向)学生出科理论的理论和技能考核成绩均达到优秀,其急诊护理理论和实践能力符合护理学院教学大纲要求。另外,本科护理学专业(急危重症方向)学生在学习主动性、应急反应能力、团队协作能力和沟通协调能力方面得到老师与专家的肯定。结论:急危重症护理本科学生急诊护理实践能力达到护理学院培养目标,学生就业受到用人单位的青睐。
Objective:To explore the cultivation of the emergency nursing practice capacity of undergraduate in nursing major of emergency and severe cases. Methods: Selected 60 undergraduates in nursing major( emergency and severe cases) who had internship in emergency department in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 as research objects and adopted the teaching method combining scenario simulation and clinical actual experience to have clinical practice nursing teaching. Results: The department theory and skills assessment results of undergraduate in nursing major( emergency and severe cases) were good.The emergency nursing theory and practice ability conformed to the syllabus requirements in college of nursing. In addition,undergraduate in nursing major( emergency and severe cases) were approved by teachers and experts in learning initiative,emergency response capability,team work capability and communication capability. Conclusion: The practice ability of undergraduate in nursing major of emergency and severe casesmet the targets of nursing college.The students were favored by the employer in the employment.
