平面内与平面外技术在超声引导下PICC置管中的效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨在彩色多普勒引导下PICC置管穿刺过程中采用平面内技术与平面外技术的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1-12月在我院行超声引导下PICC置管患者130例,并随机等分为超声引导下平面内技术组(A组)和平面外技术组(B组)。观察两组穿刺用时和一次穿刺成功率。结果:彩色多普勒引导下PICC置管穿刺过程中,A组穿刺时间长于B组;A组一针穿刺成功率低于B组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:超声引导下平面外技术更易掌握和操纵,且一次穿刺成功率高,穿刺操作时间短。 Objective: To explore the applicative effect of adopting plane technology and out of the plane technology in the PICC catheter puncture process under the guidance of Color Doppler. Methods: Selected 130 cases ultrasound- guided PICC catheter patients in our hospital from January to December,2015 and divided them into ultrasound- guided plane technology group( group A) and out of the plane technology group( group B). The puncture time and the success rate of one- time puncture in two groups were observed. Results: In the PICC catheter puncture process under the guidance of color Doppler,the puncture time of group A was longer than group B; the success rate of one- time puncture in group A was lower than group B. The comparison difference of two group was of statistic significance( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Ultrasound- guided out of the plane technology was easy to master and operate. The success rate of one- time puncture was high and the puncture operation time was short.
