碳酸氢钠联合肝素钠封管对深静脉导管堵管的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨碳酸氢钠联合肝素钠封管预防深静脉导管堵管的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年6月我科收治的200例重症患者,随机等分成试验组和对照组,试验组用5%碳酸氢钠250 ml+肝素钠6250 U,每次抽取10 ml封管液,每6 h脉冲式正压封管1次;对照组用生理盐水250 ml+肝素钠6250 U,每次抽取10 ml封管液,每6 h脉冲式正压封管1次,观察两组患者深静脉导管的留置时间、堵管情况。结果:试验组深静脉导管的留置时间长于对照组,堵管情况低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:碳酸氢钠联合肝素钠进行深静脉封管,可以有效延长深静脉导管的留置天数,降低深静脉导管的堵管率。 Objective: To explore clinical effects of preventing deep vein catheter blocking by using sodium bicarbonate and heparin sodium sealing. Methods: Randomly divided 200 critical cases January 2014 to June 2015 cured in our department into experimental group and control group. Used 250 ml 5%sodium bicarbonate and 6250 U heparin sodium for experimental group,extracted 10 ml tube- sealing fluid each time and conducted pulsed positive pressure sealing once every 6 h. Used 250 ml normal saline and 6250 U heparin sodium for control group,extracted 10 ml tube- sealing fluid each time and conducted pulsed positive pressure sealing once every 6 h. Observed indwelling time and vein- blocking condition of deep vein catheters of patients in both groups.Results: Experimental group patients had longer indwelling time and less catheter- blocking condition than control group. Both differences had statistical significance( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Using sodium bicarbonate and heparin sodium to seal deep vein can effectively prolong indwelling days of deep vein catheters and reduce their blocking rate.
