摘要
法国教育系统相互健康保险是非营利性、非排他性的补充保险。文章介绍了法国教育系统相互健康保险联盟(MGEN)在经济发展、制度功能、健康教育、协同治理、合同关系等五个方面的管理运行特点,分析了相互健康保险在中国发展的意义与可能。
The Mutual Health Insurance of France education system is non-profi table and nonexclusive supplementary insurance. This article introduced the management and operation characteristics of MGEN on economy development, system function, health education, collaborative governance model and contract relationship, and analyzed the signifi cance and feasibility of developing such kind of mutual insurance in China.
