振动筛悬挂钢丝绳的振动分析与研究

摘要 以西曲煤矿振动筛为例,利用连续弹性体的计算方法,对振动筛排料端钢丝绳工作时的共振进行分析研究。结果表明:通过改变振动筛的强迫振动频率和固有频率的差值,使二者比值小于0.7或者大于1.4;或者改变钢丝绳的长度;或者根据钢丝绳不同质量,采用加重锤等方法避免钢丝绳出现共振,可改变振动筛工作条件,达到延长其使用寿命的效果。 Taking the Xiqu coal mining vibrating screen as study object, the reason of discharging end of wire rope high vibration sieve was analyzed by using the calculation method of the continuous elastic body. The results show that, by changing the frequency of forced vibration frequency and inherent frequency of vibration screen, two ratio is less than 0.7 or greater than 1.4, according to different quality of wire rope, resonance of wire rope could be avoi- ded by adopting the method of compound hammer, the working conditions of the vibrating screen could be changed, and the service life of the effect could be prolonged.
