养脑方治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Yangnao Recipe on the Recovery Stage of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨养脑方在脑梗死恢复期的治疗效果。方法将本院收治的72例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用养脑方治疗,比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、中医证候评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分为(9.47±2.08)分、中医证候评分为(6.24±2.26)分,均低于对照组的(12.75±2.15)分、(13.47±3.56)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为66.67%,显著高于对照组的38.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且2组均无不良反应发生。结论养脑方治疗脑梗死恢复期能有效改善患者预后,效果明显,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yangnao recipe on the recovery stage of cerebral infarction.Methods Patients in the recovery stage of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine treatment of western medicine.The observation group was added Yangnao recipe on the basis of the same routine treatment of western medicine as the control group.Neurologic impairment score,TCM syndrome score,treatment efficiency rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the neurologic impairment score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were 9.47±2.08 and 6.24±2.26 respectively,obviously lower than those of the control group（12.75±2.15 and 13.47±3.56,P〈0.05）respectively.The treatment efficiency rate in the observation group（66.67%）was obviously higher than that in the control group（38.89%,P〈0.05）.No adverse drug reaction appeared in both groups.Conclusion Yangnao recipe is effective and safe in the treatment of the recovery stage of cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the prognosis of it.Yangnao recipe is worth promoting in clinic.
