摘要
目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液加胰岛素治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将50例糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以饮食和血糖控制、足部创面常规换药、控制感染、改善循环等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予参芎葡萄糖注射液加胰岛素静脉滴注,6周后比较2组临床疗效及周围神经传导速度的变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组周围神经传导速度较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液加胰岛素治疗糖尿病足有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenxiong glucose injection plus insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Fifty diabetic foot subjects were randomly allocated to the control group（n=25）and the treatment group（n=25）.All subjects received standard diet and glucose control,dressing change and antiinflammatory therapies.Shenxiong glucose injection plus insulin was given additionally to the patients in the treatment group for 6weeks.The therapeutic effect and peripheral nerve transduction speed of all the patients were evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,the peripheral nerve transduction speed of treatment group was also significantly increased（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection plus insulin is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot.
