基于因子分析与聚类分析法的海峡西岸总部经济发展梯度研究

Gradient Research on Economic Development of Headquarter of West Side of Straits Based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis

对海峡西岸地区总部经济的相关研究文献进行回顾,完善海峡西岸总部经济发展评价指标体系,并选取海峡西岸经济区中成员城市作为评价样本,运用因子分析与聚类分析相结合的定量分析方法,对福建省总部经济发展情况进行横向和纵向比较,提取两个有效的公共因子,获得总部经济发展的整体梯度。研究结果表明:海峡西岸地区仍然面临着区域经济发展不均衡,资源要素差距大,总体经济实力不强等问题,用此方法可以客观地找出总部经济区各城市发展的优势与不足。

This essay has an overall review of the related literature on the headquarter economic region on the west side of the Straits, the evaluation index system of the economic development of the region is perfected. Meanwhile, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou are chosen as evaluation objects to make both horizontal and vertical comparison of development of the headquarter economic region on the west side of the Straits and get known to the overall development by using the method of factor analysis and the method of cluster analysis. The results suggest on the west side of the Straits area still faces problems such as unbalanced development of regional economy, resource gap between the elements, the overall economic strength is not strong, using this method can objectively identify the developmental advantages and disadvantages of various cities in the headquarters economic zone.
