倾向评分法在中医药临床研究中的应用

Application of Propensity Score Method in the Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine

本文介绍了倾向评分法的基本原理及实现方法,回顾了倾向评分法在医学临床研究中的应用及其特点,并通过分析倾向评分法在中医药科研中的优势,得出利用倾向评分法开展中医临床真实世界的研究,可以均衡研究中的混杂因素,将非随机研究变成接近随机对照研究,更契合中医"整体观念"及"辨证论治"的特点。倾向评分法适合中医真实世界的研究。

The paper introduced the basic theory and implementation process of propensity score method and reviewed its application and features in clinical research. Through the analysis of advantages of propensity score method in the research of TCM,we found that the use of the method in real- world clinical research of TCM can balance the confounding factors in research and make non- randomized studies change to random control research in a certain degree,which accords with the features of TCM,such as ＂ holistic concept＂ and ＂ treatment based on syndrome differentiation＂. Propensity score method is more fit for the real- world research of TCM.
