摘要
为了有效清除高温气体中的粉尘,通过对多种高温除尘器的性能分析,介绍了一种高温多孔陶瓷除尘器,并对其在建材、有色金属等行业的应用实例进行研究,认为该种除尘器耐高温,使用寿命长,粉尘排放浓度可保持在1.0 mg/m^3以下。
In order to effectively eliminate the dust in high-temperature gas,through performance analysis of multiple high-temperature mist eliminators,this article introcues a type of high-temperature porous ceramic mist eliminator,and research is conducted for its application in the building material,ferrous metal industries,and it is concluded that this type of mist eliminator is resistant to high temperature,offers long service life,and the dust emission concentration can be kept below 1. 0mg/m^3.
