摘要
针对硫化氢酸性气体制酸(即湿法制酸)工艺的关键设备之一玻璃管冷凝器,在运行过程中经常发生的泄漏、腐蚀等问题,探讨了冷凝器的材料选用改进,以及上管板、玻璃换热管及密封卡套等的结构改进,以满足密封性好、耐高温、耐酸、耐腐蚀的生产要求。
For glass tube condenser,which is one of the critical equipment in the wet-process sulphuric acid production from H_2S,leakage and corrosion issues frequently occur during operation. The improvement in material selection for the condenser,and structural improvement for the upper tube sheet,glass tube heat exchange tube and sealing ring are studied,so as to meet the operational requirements for good sealing,high temperature resistance,acid resistance,and corrosion resistance.
