摘要
通过对磷盐变质后的高硅铝合金分别进行扩散加热与半固态二次加热处理,对两种加热处理后的初生硅组织特征进行了总结分析。扩散加热处理可以让初生硅相有一定的改善,而通过半固态二次加热使初生硅的颗粒得到显著球化,其形状因子为0.61,但其颗粒长大严重。
By means of diffusion heating high-silicon aluminum alloy after phosphorus salt modification and semi-solid heating treatment, microstructure characteristics of the two heated primary silicon are analyzed. The results show that primary silicon phase has been improved by diffusion heating, obvious spheroidizing has been obtained for primary silicon particles by semi-solid heating treatment, its shape factor is 0.61, but its particles grow seriously.
