摘要
随着坚强智能电网的发展和新兴领域业务的不断出现,光纤复合架空地线(optical fiber composite overhead ground wires,OPGW)光纤承载业务的供需矛盾日渐突出,提出采用双OPGW的解决方案,通过分析认为双OPGW方案安全可靠、简捷实用,技术上成熟可行,经济上具有投资省、见效快等显著特点,进一步阐述专用OPGW在承载光纤传感和在线监测等新兴业务上的广阔应用前景,以及专用OPGW光纤接续盒位置的科学选定及接续盒选型原则。介绍了结合基建同步建设和根据需求逐步改造的两种OPGW实施方案,建议尽快推动实施双OPGW方案在智能电网新兴领域的应用。
With the development of strong smart grid and the appearance of emerging services, the supply and demand contradiction of fibers in OPGW becomes increasingly conspicuous. This article puts forward a solution of using dual OPGWs for the problem. Through the feasibility analysis, it has confirmed that the dual-OPGWs based solution is technically convenient, safe and reliable, practical, and has low investment and fast effect. It describes in detail the broad application prospects of dedicated OPGW in carrying emerging services such as optical fiber sensing and online monitoring, and also expounds the principle for location and type-selection of optical fiber junction boxes, then introduces two different implementation schemes which include the scheme combining with infrastructure projects and the scheme of gradual reform according to the demands. It is suggested that the implementation of the dual OPGWs solution presented in this article be quickly promoted in the emerging fields of smart grid.
