摘要
村级治理评价结果的运用起着指挥棒的作用。把村级治理评价结果与设立和制定村级薪酬体系、完善村干部的选拔任用机制、有针对性地教育培训等方面结合起来,完善激励机制,能够更好地加强村级治理评价结果的应用。设立和健全村级治理中的村级薪酬体系可以提升村干部的工作积极性,可以作为奖惩依据,完善相关制度。完善村级治理中的村干部选拔任用机制可以完善民主选举制度,健全法律法规,创新工作思维,转变工作方式。加强村级治理教育培训工作要从领导能力、致富本领、工作方式方法、奉献精神方面入手。
The role of the result s of the evaluation of village governance acts as a directing stick. There are some ways to improve village cadre selection and strengthen ap-plication of evaluation results of village level governance, which are based on the combi-nation among the village governance evaluation results and the establishing village com-pensation system, village cadre selection and appointment mechanism. Perfect compensa-tion system may improve the enthusiasm of the work of village cadres as a basis of rewards and punishments to perfect relevant systems. Selecting cadres system may improve the democratic election system, perfect laws and regulations, create work thinking, and change ways of work. To strengthen village level governance education starts from the leadership ability, rich talent, ways of work, the dedication spirit.
