毛泽东社会保障思想和党建思想有相同之处,亦有不同之处,但都统一于毛泽东思想活的灵魂——群众路线,只能依靠群众,发动群众,从群众来,到群众中去。这样方能实现中国梦,继而持续推进马克思主义中国化,使得毛泽东思想在新的历史时期得到发展。在全面建设小康社会的新时期,中国共产党要坚持把二者融合起来,以群众的民生保障工作为出发点和落脚点,代表最广大人民的根本利益。

Through analyzing the consensus and difference of Mao Zedong ＇s thought of social security and Party-building, which we find are all unified in the living soul of Mao Zedong, that is,the mass line. So we should rely on the masses, mobilize the masses, and from the masses to the masses. Then we can realize Chinese dream, which continues to promote ＂sinicization＂of Marxism, and makes the development of Mao Zedong thoughts in the new historical period. In the new period of building a moderately prosperous society, the communist Party of China must adhere to mix together, the masses of the people ＇s living hood security as starting point, and represents the fundamental interests of most people.
