日本产业调整趋势及辽宁吸引日资的对策研究

近年日本的产业结构调整呈现新趋势,在坚持高端产品、核心部件国内生产的同时,将模块化、量产化甚至部分高端生产环节有计划地向海外分散布局。尽管"安倍经济学"及投资环境的优化促使部分企业选择回归本土,但这并未改变日本产业海外布局的总体方向。辽宁需要通过加强交流增强互信、创造良好的经商环境、加强国际产能与创新领域合作等方式吸引日本投资,强化与日本的经贸合作关系。

In recent years, Japan＇s industrial structure adjustment has shown a new trend, insisting on domestic production of highend products and core parts, at the same time, modular and mass production products and even the high-end parts of some industries have been transferring to overseas. Although Abe economics and optimization of investment environment have promoted some companies to return to Japan, it did not change the direction of Japanese industry overseas layout. In order to attract Japanese investment, Liaoning province needs to strengthen exchanges, enhance mutual trust, create a good business environment, strengthen the cooperation in the fields of international capacity and innovation.
