地方高校高水平科研成果产出的管理机制改革研究

科研成果成为高校科研水平和科研实力的重要标志,高校科研项目数量的明显增多,科研成果也有了较大突破,但同时看到高质量高水平的科研成果增幅不够明显,创新性科研成果产出较少。因此,应加强科研成果管理,分析科研成果基本特征,对高水平科研成果产出管理工作导向机制进行研究,并对高水平科研成果管理中的奖励机制和科研成果评价体系进行分析,有针对性地对科研成果管理提出建设性意见和建议。

The achievements of scientific research have become an important symbol, which can judge university scientific re-search level and scientific research ability. With the increasing number of scientific projects in college and university, there is a greater breakthrough about scientific research achievements. But the increasing of high quality and high level scientific research is not obvious,and innovative scientific research turns out less. With strengthening the campus informationization construction, the incentive policy of achievements of scientific research, the process management and its comprehensive training job are important. The job of achievements of scientific research should build a kind of method based on market orientation and strengthen training scientific research innovation team to construct and manage achievements of scientific research by holonomic institution.
