HPLC法测定水翁花中熊果酸的含量

摘要 目的:采用HPLC法测定水翁花中的熊果酸含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸(60∶40)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果:采用HPLC法测定了8批药材熊果酸含量,熊果酸浓度为5~100μg/mL时线性良好。结论:该方法准确、快速、高效,可作为水翁花药材的质量控制。 Objective:To accurately determine ursolic acid content in Cleistocalyx operculatus flower.Methods:The HPLC analysis was carried out in Diamonsil-C18(5μm,250×4.6mm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric by gradient.The detection wavelength was set at 254nm;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^(-1);and the colum temperarure was kept at 25℃.Results:8batches of the herb samples were analyzed by HPLC to and content of ursolic acid were accurately determined.Conclusion:The method was precise,fast and effective for comprehensive evaluation of quality of the Cleistocalyx operculatus flower.
