火针配合艾灸法治疗带状疱疹50例疗效观察

Analysis of the Effect of Fire Needle Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Herpes Zoster

目的:研究火针配合艾灸治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将98例带状疱疹患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组50例患者采用火针配合艾灸治疗,对照组48例患者采用普通针刺配合艾灸治疗,均以15天为1个疗程,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,实验组患者总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为72.91%,组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针配合艾灸法治疗带状疱疹临床疗效显著,能有效消除疱疹,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of fire needle combined with Moxibustiong on herpes zoster,and try to find a better clinical treatment.Methods：50cases in experiment group were treated with fire needle combined with Moxibustiong,48 cases in control group were treated with common needle combined with Moxibustiong.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compare.Results：The effective rate of the experimental group was 94.00% while the control group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The fire needle combined with Moxibustiong has a significant effect on herpes zoster,and it is worthy spreading.
