电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定农业土壤中铯元素 被引量:1

Measurement of Cesium in Agricultural Soil by ICP—MS Method

摘要 将农业土壤样品经四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)分解和王水提取后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)法对其中铯元素进行分析。通过在线加入内标校正基体效应和接口效应,测定元素校正曲线相关系数在0.999 5以上,元素方法检出限(3s)为0.003μg/g,RSD%〈10(n=12),加标回收率在97.2%~107.6%之间,结果令人满意。 Cesium was analyzed by ICP--MS method after agricultural soil samples were decomposed with four acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchlorie aeid) and extracted with aqua regia. The matrix effect and interface effect were cor- rected by the additional internal standards on-line, measuring the correlation coefficients of element's calibration curve was above 0.999 5, the detection limits (3s) was 0.003 μg/g, RSD%〈10 (n=12), and remarked recovery rate was between 97.2% and 107.6%. These measured results were satisfactory.
