摘要
针对目前传统粮食扦样机存在的问题,设计一款新型的智能粮食扦样机。以塔吊的结构为模型,在扦样臂上设有3个独立的扦样器,可以在三维坐标(θ,r,y)作空间运动,实现高效、快速、稳定的随机扦样,人为参与程度小,保证粮食收购系统的公正公平性。
Aiming at the problems existing in present traditional grain sampler, the article designed a new type smart grain sampler. Us- ing the structure of tower crane as the model, it set 3 independent grain samplers on the arm, it can do spatial motion in 3D coordinate (0, r, y), and achieve random sampling with high efficiency, speed and stability, seldom needs labor involved, it can keep the fair- ness of justice for the system of purchasing grain.
