摘要
在玉米收获机上配置秸秆切碎还田部件可以实现收获同时进行秸秆还田的作业要求。阐述切碎工作部件型式的选择方法,对割幅、喂入口结构、定刀高度、甩刀回转半径、切割线速度、罩壳工作间隙、秸秆的切割长度、静动平衡等技术参数进行论述与确定,以期为玉米收获机上增加秸秆切碎还田装置提供技术支持。
To fit cutting stalk returning to field component in maize harvester can fulfill the operation request of doing harvesting and stalk returning to field at the same time. The paper expounded the selection method of cutting operating components, and discussed and determined the technical parameters of swath, feed inlet structure, fixed blade height, gyration radius of flail, cutting line speed, shell operation gap, stalk cutting length and static and dynamic balance, in order to provide technical support for fitting cutting stalk returning to field device in maize harvester.
