摘要
园林工程施工管理是园林工程项目的重要内容。从施工组织、施工现场管理及施工成本管理方面进行阐述,对园林工程施工管理工作提出一些建议,以期为实现园林项目顺利实施与推动我国园林发展提供借鉴。
Garden project construction management is an important content of garden project. In the article, it raised several suggestions to the working of garden project construction management from the aspects of construction organizing, spot management and construction costs management, in order to provide a reference for smoothly fulfilling the implementation of garden project and promoting the devel- opment of garden in our country.
