农业法颁布以来,农业法制正在逐渐形成和完善,农业执法作为我国法制建设的重要内容,对我国农业的科学、稳定、可持续发展起到了重要的保障作用。但是,由于农业行政执法起步较晚,仍然存在认识不足、执法体系建设滞后、执法人员素质经验欠缺等问题,通过分析,从全面推行农业行政执法、贯彻实施农业行政执法责任制和建立健全农业行政执法监督机制等方面提出相应的对策。
