摘要
苏联改革时期(1985—1991年),在一系列改革措施的影响下,俄罗斯远东高等教育伴随国家的变化而发生变化。主要特点及发展方向是适应科技革命的要求,在人才培养专业设置方面加大改革力度,与国家需要相结合,管理上,实行校长选举制,高校内部生活民主化。但远东高等教育存在一些无法根治的问题,市场经济体制是深化远东高等教育改革的推动力。
In the era（ 1985—1991）,under the influence of a series of reform measures,Far East of Russian higher education changed a lot. The main characteristics and the development direction are adapt to the requirements of the scientific and technological revolution in the talent training professional setting increase the intensity of reform,and the country needs to combine in the management,the implementation of the election of the president and the democratic life. But there are some problems that can not be cured in the Far East higher education. The market economy system is the driving force for the deepening of the reform of higher education in the Far East.
