中俄关系现状:“战略双赢”大于“经济互利”——基于2015年中俄双边交往大事件的分析

The Status Quo of the China- Russia Relations: Win- win Strategy on Politics Superior to Mutual Economics Benefits——Based on the Analysis of the Main Issues between the Both Sides

2015年,中俄关系进一步发展,一系列经济交往的动作更是被誉为打破了一贯的"政热经冷"的主调。这一变化的主要原因是俄罗斯经济形势不断恶化,一方面因乌克兰和克里米亚事件,俄罗斯受到西方国家的经济制裁;另一方面,俄经济结构长期不平衡和高度的石油依赖的经济形势使其无法自救。然而,中俄经贸关系的向好究竟是俄方"一时兴起",还是能"持之以恒"仍未可知,但就俄罗斯对中国经济合作的一贯做法和目前的情况分析看,中俄关系的现状仍是基于政治战略共识,"政热经冷"的互动关系并没有实质性的变化。

Both as the word superpower,China and Russia are also the most important neighborhood for each other,whose bilateral relations were paid much attention not only by the two countries but also by the whole word,especially under the current international background that the political situation is still unstable but the economic situation is in developing. The change of increased economic interaction between China and Russia in 2015,is considered as economic cooperation will be more than political cooperation in their bilateral relations. The key reason for this change is that Western sanctions against Russia＇s economy because of Ukraine and Crimea. Would the good situation of the economic cooperation between China and Russia be continued. It＇s still an unknown situation. All in sum,the China and Russia relations pay still more attention on politics more than economics in fact,what could be analyzed based on the past and the present interactional situations.
