摘要
哈代—温伯格平衡定律是群体遗传学最基本的遗传学规律,但由于其假设并不总是现实的,而增加了学生对其知识点理解的难度。针对这一难点,采用以实例由"基因频率"简单数字信息开始,通过"基因频率—其等位基因频率—基因型频率—交配类型及其交配频率—各交配类型后代的基因型频率"为教学的一个紧扣一个的环节,延伸强化相互关联的各环节的知识点的"环扣延伸教学法",收到了良好的教学效果。
Hardy- Weinberg's balance law is the basic law in population genetics,and it is understood more difficult by the students for its knowledge because the assumption of the law is not always realistic. In view of this difficulties and in our teaching practice of many years,by the teaching methods of "knowledge point ring and extending",we taught students the knowledge points from a practice example as the beginning of a gene frequency to its allele frequencies,genotype frequency,mating types and the mating frequency,the mating type offspring genotype frequency. The teaching of a closely linked to a link,extending to strengthen various aspects of the interrelated knowledge as a new teaching methods,had received excellence teaching effects.
