以家庭为中心护理模式对小儿肠造口护理质量和护理满意度的影响

The Influences of the Nursing Quality and Satisfaction of Family-centered Nursing Care Model in Children with Colostomy

目的:观察分析以家庭为中心护理模式对小儿肠造口护理质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2013年1月-2015年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的76例肠造口患儿,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各38例,对照组患儿采用常规护理方法予以护理,观察组患儿采用以家庭为中心护理模式予以护理,观察对比两组患儿住院时间、肠造口附近皮肤状态及患儿家属满意度等。结果:观察组患儿肠造口附近皮肤状态和住院时间均优于对照组患儿,而且患儿家属护理满意度也显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肠造口患儿实施以家庭为中心护理模式,可以显著改善患儿肠造口附近皮肤情况,提高患儿家属护理满意度,且显著缩短肠造口患儿住院时间。

Objective：To explore the nursing quality and satisfaction of family-centered nursing care model in children with colostomy.Method：From January 2013 to January 2015,76 patients with intestinal colostomy who admitted to our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given nursing care according to the family-centered model.The postoperative hospitalization days,colostomy surrounding skin and satisfaction of children’s family in the two groups were compared.Result：The postoperative hospitalization days,colostomy surrounding skin situation and satisfaction of children’s family in the observation group were better than those in the control group,there were significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Family-centered nursing model can shorten the postoperative hospitalization days,improve the colostomy surrounding skin and satisfaction with nursing care.
