一种新型Boost功率因数预调节器的研究

Research on a Novel Boost Power Factor Pre-regulator

摘要 本文提出了一种新型的Boost功率因数预调节器。详细分析了Boost变换器的工作原理。该变换器具有低电流和电压应力;实现了二极管的软开关、有源开关的零电流开通和近似零电压关断。给出了在直流稳态下的仿真结果以及应用UC3854APFC控制芯片设计的单相Boost功率因数预调节器的实验结果。实验表明,该电路具有损耗低、效率高、开关噪音小等优点。 A novel boost power factor pre-regulator is proposed in this paper.The operation principle of the boost converter is analyzed in detail.The converter has low current and voltage stress.The diode is switched softly and the active switch is turned on under ZCS condition and turned off under approximate ZVS condition.The simulation result in DC steady state is given;the experimental result of single-stage boost power factor pre-regulator with the APFC IC UC3854 is given as well.The experiment proves that the boost power factor pre-regulator has the merits of low loss,high efficiency and low switch noise.
