从受教育权的整体性来衡量,中国少数民族公民受教育权目前还没有得到充分的实现。从转变教育观念、加强制度建设、完善保障机制、促进教育立法和强化教育公平诸方面探析少数民族公民受教育权实现的途径与策略,直接关系到少数民族公民平等的生存权和发展权的有效实现。

From the integrated points of view upon right to education, minorities＇ right to education has not already been perfectly realized in China.
