农民工随迁子女义务教育政策在实施过程中涉及国家、流入地行政部门、学校、农民工家庭及随迁子女等多重主体,他们有着各自不同的利益诉求并对该项政策的执行效果产生重要的影响。基于利益的视角,分析农民工随迁子女义务教育政策实施中多元主体的利益诉求,有助于促进农民工随迁子女公平地接受义务教育以及该项政策的完善。

The compulsory education policy for rural migrant workers＇ children involving the state, administrative departments where migrant workers flow into schools, families of migrant workers and their children in the process of the pohcy implementation. These subjects have different interests and demands which have an important impact on the implementation of the policy. Based on the interest in analyzing the benefit claim of multiple subjects in the process of the implementation of compulsory education policy for rural migrant workers＇ children, it will help rural migrant workers＇ children to receive compulsory education fairly and improve the policy.
