摘要
教师在课堂教学中执行《广东石油化工学院教师课堂教学行为规范》(以下简称《规范》),可大大提高教师素养,提升教育教学质量。文章依据学生的身心发展特点和教育教学规律解读了每条《规范》的必要性和客观性,并且对《规范》里概括性、笼统性强的条文进行了具体化延伸,以使教师深刻理解、接受和很好地执行《规范》。
The execution of the Norm of Teaching Behavior of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology can greatly improve teachers' quality,which can greatly promote the teaching quality.In this paper,the author interprets each rule of the norm about the necessity and objectivity according to the characteristics of students' development in body and mind and the law of education and instruction.As to some general and abstract rules,detailed specification is provided in order to make teachers fully understand,accept and follow the norm.
