积极心理学视域下高校心理健康教育问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 积极心理学是20世纪末重要的心理学思潮。积极心理学主张通过积极发展人的心理潜能,健全人的心理,从而抵御各类心理问题。目前,基于传统心理学的我国高校心理健康教育呈现出教育目标窄化、教育对象受限、教育途径单一、教育内容贫乏等诸多问题,抑制了心理健康教育功能的释放,使教育效果大打折扣。因此,以积极心理学的理念改革我国高校心理健康教育,对于全面释放心理健康教育功能,帮助学生健康成长,具有重要的意义。 Positive psychology is an important trend of psychological thought in late 20 th century,which advocates solving various psychological problems by actively developing human mental potential and building up human psychological quality.Currently,the mental health education of colleges and universities in our country is based on traditional psychology,faced with such problems as narrow educational objective,limited educational object,simple educational way and poor educational content,which inhibits the function of mental health education and greatly discounts the effect of mental health education.Therefore,it is of great significance to reform the mental health education of colleges and universities in our country with the concept of positive psychology in order to fully release the function of mental health education and help students grow up healthily.
