摘要
AMD是老年人的主要致盲眼病之一。近年来研究发现,视网膜小胶质细胞在AMD的发病中扮演了重要角色,其活化和极化状态可以影响病程的发展。本文就视网膜小胶质细胞对AMD的免疫调节作用进行综述,以期探讨其发生机制,为AMD的防治提供新的思路。
Age-related maeular degeneration (AMD) is one of the major causes of visual impairment in the elder population. Recent studies have revealed that retinal microgliaeytes may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AND, and the activation of retinal mieroglia could regulate the progress of AND. The immunomodulatory role of retinal microglial cells is reviewed in this article, so as to investigate the mechanism and provide new insight for prevention and treatment of AND.
