经后入路手术治疗先天性颅颈交界区不稳定性疾病 被引量：1

摘要 当颅颈交界区不稳定导致神经功能障碍时，临床上需进行手术治疗。从传统意义上讲，对于可复位的寰枢关节脱位，采用经后入路内固定技术固定即可；对于不可复位的患者，可先经前入路将齿状突周围韧带松解，从而使其转变成可复位的寰枢关节，再采用经口腔入路内固定术或经后入路内固定术[1-2]。
