摘要
根据GB150-2011《压力容器》及相关设计经验公式,可知压力容器的常规设计方法偏向于安全性,因此导致用材富余,产品的经济性较差。而采用有限元分析(FEA)设计方法,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对压力容器进行仿真模拟,可对压力容器的传统设计方案进行科学可靠的分析和优化。
According to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessel" and relevant design experience formula, it can be seen that the conventional design methods of the pressure vessel skews toward security, which results in material waste and poor economy. However, the traditional design of the pressure vessel can be analyzed and optimized using finite element analysis(FEA) design method and simulation of pressure vessel with ANSYS Workbench.
