数控机床的液屑分离设备研制

Research on Equipment for Separating Chip from Liquid on NC Machine Tool

在数控机床冷却箱中,切削液与切屑长时间混合在一起,易造成切削液变质,污染环境的同时影响机床的精度和使用寿命。文中针对该问题,基于离心分离与过滤分离技术,设计研制一台能够将切屑与切削液进行分离的设备,对维护数控机床,改善操作者工作环境有一定意义。

In the cooling tank of CNC machine tool, the chip in the cutting fluid may cause deterioration of the cutting fluid, which will pollute the environment and affect the precision of the machine tool and service life. To solve this problem,we design a separation equipment for separating chip from cutting liquid based on the centrifugal separation and filtration separation technology. The equipment can improve working conditions and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
