摘要
当前大型矿浆搅拌设备功耗大,混匀效果不理想,物料出口浓度波动大。文中基于多相流欧拉理论,对某企业大型矿浆搅拌槽在不同叶轮高度下矿浆浓度沿径向和轴向的分布情况进行研究,对叶轮高度的设计给出了初步结论。
Currently, large-scale agitation machines have a low quality of uniformity with massive energy consumption, and the output concentration fluctuates greatly. Based on Eulerian multiphase flow theory, the concentration distribution along both radial and axial direction is studied. Preliminary conclusion for the designing of impeller height is obtained.
