摘要 测量作为逆向工程的关键技术,在当代机械设计和快速产品研发方面贡献突出。立足非接触式近景摄影测量方法,探讨其摄影方式和标定方法,以三维扫描仪ATOS和光学坐标测量系统TRITOP相结合,完成汽车外表面点云逆向快速采集试验,验证ATOS&TRITOP在逆向工程测量方面的高效性、准确性。 Measurement, as the key technology of reverse engineering, takes a significant role in the modern mechanical design and rapid development of product. The shooting and calibration method are touched upon and meanwhile an experiment of capturing a vehicle's outer surface point cloud data, which combines ATOS with TRITOP, is accomplished quickly supported by non-contact Close Range Photogrammetry. It is proven that ATOSTRITOP can achieve data acquisition in reverse engineering with high efficiency and accuracy.
