摘要
在轴流式水轮机的转轮室设计中,通过对其内表面结构进行分析,拟定了两种设计思路,从加工工艺路线和有限元分析两个方面,比较了两种设计方案的结构特点,以确定转轮室的最佳设计思路。为后续产品的生产加工,提供了便利的工艺加工路线,提高了生产效率。
In the design of the runner chamber of the axial flow turbine, two kinds of design ideas are proposed, and the structure characteristics of the two design schemes are compared by the analysis of the inner surface structure. To provide a convenient process for the production and processing of the following products, the production efficiency is improved.
